Try this recipe for Cincinnati Chili! You have GOT to try this Ohio favorite!! CC is more sweet than regular chili and this recipe calls for chorizo sausage, so it is spicy and sweet!! A tip... put a handful of cheese on top and add kidney beans if you would like!!
What I have always heard about CC Chili is that it has nutmeg in it. I like to add this spice to my basic chili recipe. Kim D
